With a long weekend ahead, we stacked up reading and listening: an essay on AI and public trust, a podcast on AI co-scientists with Dell and NVIDIA, three free tools built on Jev, and a new skill for getting 3D prototypes quoted on Fictiv.

>If AI Wants the Public’s Trust, It Should Cure Something

Public fear of AI keeps rising, and much of it is earned. The way back is not another math milestone. It is AI that visibly improves health and science, with benefits people can see. Read the opinion piece from CTO Timothy Kassis here.

>Podcast: Cut Research Time and Costs with K-Dense

On Reshaping Workflows with Dell Pro Precision and NVIDIA RTX, host Logan Lawler talks with Timothy about Scientific Agent Skills, multi-agent research workflows, running models locally on Dell and NVIDIA hardware with Faraday, and closing the loop from hypothesis to wet-lab results with Litmus. Run time: 33 minutes.

>Three Open Jev Tools (Free, No Login)

Citation Telephone. Pick a cited sentence and follow the claim back through the papers it cites. Each hop shows whether the cited paper matches, goes further, or changed the claim, and where the trail ends at an origin.

Rigor Scan. Drop in a PDF and it runs 74 reporting checks, each tied to a sentence in the paper. The file stays in your browser.

Claimscape. Type a claim and it maps the most relevant PubMed abstracts by study design and year. Every dot opens the sentence behind the verdict.

>New Skill: Fictiv for Custom Parts

We added a Fictiv skill to Scientific Agent Skills. It walks an agent through the logged-in Fictiv web app: upload CAD, configure process and material, read DFM feedback, compare quotes, and check out, with reference docs for quoting, payment, and troubleshooting. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other agents that can drive a browser.
