A cancelled program, no team left, and a report owed to the customer
The program leads had left the company. Nobody technical remained on the project, and a final technical report was still owed to the customer. The material that survived was a pile of spreadsheets, slide decks, and photographs of experiments — none of it organised, and none of it familiar to the person now responsible for it.
They uploaded all of it to K‑Dense with a one-line brief: read the data and write a technical report concluding that the program was stopped for technical infeasibility. No section outline, no formatting instructions.
