How do credits work?
New K-Dense Web users start on the Personal plan with $50 in free credits, then continue on a pay-as-you-go basis. Plus includes 300 credits refreshed every month, and Team includes 800 credits refreshed every month shared across the team. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, but purchased pay-as-you-go credits do not expire regardless of plan.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Plus is available for $1799/year and Team is available for $4499/year. Toggle between monthly and annual pricing on this page to compare both options.
Where do I manage my plan?
In K-Dense Web, click your profile avatar and open Credits to view the available plans.
What's the difference between effort levels?
Fast is optimized for quick tasks and simple queries. Standard provides balanced performance for most research tasks. Pro uses maximum compute for complex, multi-step research projects requiring deep analysis.
Is my data secure?
We do not train on data uploaded to K-Dense Web, including your inputs, results, and generated outputs. Sessions can be deleted directly from the UI, and associated session data is removed from our servers. Enterprise customers can also request additional security and deployment controls.
